In Thursday, August 5, 2020, Apexindo held Annual General Meeting of Shareholder (AGMS) and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholder. Located in multifunction hall in Apexindo’s head office, AGMS and EGMS attended by the Board of Directors namely Bapak Zainal Abidinsyah Siregar as President Director, Bapak Erwin Sutanto as Vice President Director, and Bapak Mahar Atanta Sembiring as Director.
This meeting also led by Apexindo’s President Commissioner, Bapak Irawan Sastrotanojo, and also attended by the Independent Commissioner, Bapak Robinson Simbolon. This AGMS attended by 80.52% share olders, and in the EGMS anttended by 80.53% of shareholders. All of agenda in AGMS and EGMS was approved by the shareholders.
