We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Drilling Engineer to optimize drilling programs for our onshore and offshore projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing well architecture, ensuring efficient execution, and upholding Apexindo’s stringent QSHE standards while minimizing non-productive time (NPT).

General Requirements:

• Commitment and passion managing HSE
• Have 10 years of experience in the same position
• Have valid IWCF/ IADC certification
• Have valid Ahli Pengendali Bor (APB)
• Familiar with Rig min. 2000 HP
• Knowledge of process safety related to drilling operation and proactive approach to managing HSE
• Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig husbandry
• Technical knowledge in drilling equipment & Drilling process for onshore/offshore operations
• Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures
• Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling
• Problem solving and communication skill, think analytically
• Proficient in English (written & oral)
